Rules of the “Love is in the air” O2 massage oil giveaway
§1
The “Love is in the air” giveaway (hereinafter referred to as "the giveaway") is hosted by Bielun & Bielun sp. z o.o., 6c Sosnowa St., 71-468 Szczecin (Poland) and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
§2
Duration of the giveaway: from the moment of publishing the posts promoting the aforementioned giveaway on Instagram and Facebook of Ministerstwo from February 3rd 2022 until midnight of February 3rd 2022.
§3
The Host shall, at his own expense, within 14 working days from 7.02.2022 send the giveaway items to the address indicated by the selected persons.
§4
The product giveaway will be conducted via Facebook and Instagram of the Ministerstwo brand, available at the following addresses:

The subject of the giveaway is:
10 full-priced O2 massage oils, available for purchase here: O2 - massage oil via Instagram and Facebook of the Ministerstwo brand

On February 3rd, 2022, a post will be published on Instagram and Facebook announcing the details of the product giveaway.

The condition to participate in the giveaway is to write in a comment under the post on Instagram and Facebook of the Ministerstwo brand (§4) the answer to the question "Who would be happy to get O2 massage oil as a gift?" and tagging them.
§8
From the comments posted under the posts (§4), Ministerstwo will select a total of 10 people from among the ones tagged/pointed out by the authors of the posts, who will receive the giveaway items mentioned in §4.

The selected persons will be contacted by the host via Instagram and Facebook of the Ministerstwo brand.

Rules regarding personal data, information and instructions in this regard are contained in Appendix No. 1 to these Rules.

The participant in the product giveaway accepts the above rules and the Privacy Policy available on the following website: www.ministerstwo.io, Privacy Policy, and agrees to the processing of his/her data in order to fulfill mutual obligations of the parties as part of the execution of this action. He/she also confirms that he/she understands that granting the acceptance referred to above is a condition for participation in the promo.
Appendix no. 1 to the Giveaway Rules:

The basis for processing your data is your consent. The submission of data is a condition for the conclusion of a contract. Your data will be collected, processed, deleted and destroyed - within the framework of the needs arising from the implementation of the promotion. Your data will only be passed on to third parties for the purpose of the promo. Your data will only be stored until the eventual dispatch to you, after which it will be deleted without being saved. At your request, your data may be deleted before a shipment is sent to you. We would like to inform you that: you have the right to request from us access to personal data concerning you, their rectification, erasure or restriction or to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability; you may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, where such withdrawal will not affect the legality of the processing, which was performed on the basis of consent before the withdrawal; providing personal data is a contractual requirement, which is a condition for presenting an offer or concluding a contract.
