Terms and Conditions of the "Orange Flex" promo offer

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the use of the "Orange Flex" Promo in the Ministerstwo online store.

General provisions

1. The Organizer of the Promo "Orange Flex" is Bielun & Bielun sp. z o.o. (LLC), 6c Sosnowa St., 71-468 Szczecin (Poland), identified by NIP 8513223904, REGON 369533555 KRS 0000729322, share capital PLN 34500, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
2. The promo is conducted through the Ministerstwo online store, available at: http://www.ministerstwo.io
3. The Promo starts on April 1, 2024 and lasts until the April 30, 2024 or until the Goods, participating in the Offer, are out of stock. Information about the depletion of stocks will be posted in the Organizer's online store.

Subject of the Promo and conditions for taking part in the Promo Offer

1.The condition for taking advantage of the Promo Offer is to:
1.1 Click to activate the promo and copy the discount code from the Orange Flex app.
1.2. Go to our online store: www.ministerstwo.io and select the products you like.
1.3. Go to your shopping cart - in the field "Do you have a discount code?" enter the code and confirm with the button "CONFIRM THE CODE".
1.4. TA-DAH! That's it :) the price of products participating in the promo has been reduced!
1.5. Log in to your account or shop as a guest user.
1.6. Enter your delivery info and pay for the order – we will happily take care of the rest :)

2. The discount (which is a discount on the price of a specific Promotional Product) will be calculated automatically before the Customer makes a payment, and will reduce the price of the purchased Promotional Product, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of the Promo.
3. Any person who has the status of a Customer in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and conditions of the Ministerstwo online store may participate in the Promo Offer. It is allowed to participate in the Promo more than once if the conditions specified in these Terms are met.
4. The discount obtained in connection with participation in this Promo Offer shall not be exchanged for cash, other means of payment or other equivalents.
5. In the case of return of Products participating in the "Orange Flex" Promo, the Customer is obliged to return all Products included in the set purchased under the Promo Offer. The provision does not apply to the withdrawal from the sales contract on the basis of the warranty for defects.
6. The provisions of the Terms and Conditions of the "Orange Flex" Promo do not exclude or limit the entitlements of the Participant under the provisions of the warranty for defects, including the right under these provisions to withdraw from the agreement due to a product defect.

Duration of the Promo

1. The "Orange Flex" Promo Offer runs from April 1 to April 30, 2024 or until the Goods included in the Promo are out of stock.
2. Regulations on personal data, information and content of instructions in this regard, are contained in Appendix No. 1 to these Terms and Conditions.
3. The participant in the "Orange Flex" Promo accepts the above-mentioned regulations and Privacy Policy available on the following website: www.ministerstwo.io / https://ministerstwo.io/PRIVACY-POLICY-ccms-eng-52.html and agrees to the processing of his/her data for the purpose of fulfilling the mutual obligations of the parties, in the implementation of this Promo Offer. He/she also confirms that he/she understands that granting the acceptance mentioned above is a condition for participation in the Promo.

Personal data - Appendix No. 1 to the Terms and Conditions of the Promo:

With regard to personal data - acting in accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/we (General Data Protection Regulation), we present below the information referred to in this provision: the controller of your data that we obtain from you for the purpose of cooperation is: Bielun & Bielun sp. z o.o., 6c Sosnowa St., 71-468 Szczecin (Poland). The data you provide to us will be used solely to fulfill the purpose of the Promo. The basis for processing your data is your consent. The submission of data is a condition for the conclusion of a contract. Your data will be collected, processed, deleted and destroyed - within the framework of the needs arising from the implementation of the Promo Offer. Your data will be stored only until the eventual delivery of the package to you, after which, without preservation, they will be deleted. At your request, your data may be deleted before the package is sent to you. We inform you that: you have the right to require us to access, rectify, erase or restrict or object to the processing of personal data concerning you, as well as the right to data portability; you may revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, such revocation not affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before revocation; providing personal data is a contractual requirement, constituting a condition for presenting an offer or entering into a contract. If you do not provide your personal data, it will not be possible to present an offer or conclude a contract. The personal data provided by you will not be subject to automated decision-making. You are entitled to file a complaint to the Supervisory Authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Final provisions

1. In the event of changes to these Terms and Conditions, orders shall be carried out on the basis of the wording of the Terms on the date of the order.

3. Any issues not provided for in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions of the Store, as well as the provisions of Polish law, primarily the Civil Code, as well as the provisions of the Act on special conditions of consumer sales, and amendments to the Civil Code and the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and the Act on the protection of personal data.
4. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of April 1, 2024.
