Shake well before use.
Dispense a small amount of oil into the palm of your hand. Rub the oil into your hands and apply to the skin. Massage the desired body part with circular movements. If you feel the need, dispense another pump and continue the massage.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Store in a cold, dry, and dark place.

After use, unscrew the pump and place it in a container marked "Plastic". Peel off the label and place it in the mixed waste container. Place the bottle in the basket labeled "Glass".
